Let your accountant in. Safely.
Two sides of Oatmilk you can use. On the left, Maya invites the accountant Jane Ito, picks Read only, Read and comment or Prepare year-end, and when access ends. On the right, Jane's workspace changes with each choice: she asks about an Air Canada flight, Maya answers, Jane asks to attach a receipt and only an admin can approve it, and revoking access shows Access ended at once.
How it works.
- Invite your accountant
- Pick what they can do
- Answer their questions
What it does.
- Three levels, nothing more
- Access that ends on its own
- Checked twice, every time
- Every action on the record
- Questions land in Needs you
- Every change can be undone
Every action, on the record.
The accountant activity log lists who did what, when, and from where: the web, Ask AI or an AI connector. Rows are only ever added. Beside it, History shows a change, previews undoing it, and the undo can be undone too.

Locked down by default.
Choose an access level to see what an accountant can do. Paying, inviting, API keys, settings, signing and sending invoices are never allowed; trying one is refused in the app and again in the database. Invite links work for 14 days and only a hash is stored. A full SIN is shown only with a reason, and the reason is logged.
