`taxReserves.evaluate`

Refresh sales-tax reserve suggestions only for positive, unreversed bank deposits explicitly linked to invoice payments, with integer proportional tax amounts and cumulative rounding. Duplicates and replay never create another reserve. Ambiguous, reversed, changed, fee-netted or foreign-currency evidence blocks automatic movement for review. Opted-in automatic transfers use only the saved accounts and durable provider identity. Does not file tax or calculate net GST/HST liability.
