`tax.prizes.recipients.link`

Issue a fresh winner details link, send a reminder (at most every 12 hours and six times), or copy the current link ({ recipientId, mode: issue|remind|copy }). Copying and issuing without an email return the private link and work in the signed-in dashboard only.
