`sponsorships.context.accept`

After explicit human confirmation, accept only the exact sponsorship-context proposal fingerprint and revision, creating proposed sponsorship metadata and a receipt reference atomically. Does not allocate money, approve financial proposals, mark reviewed, infer a legal customer or change Notes, amounts, tax, categories or reconciliation. Administrator and accountant review remain separate.
