`signing.envelopes.resend`

Send a new link to one waiting signer, revoking earlier links and sessions and resetting their verification-code limits. This also unlocks a link that was locked after too many incorrect codes. Optionally correct the signer's name or email, or extend the deadline with expiresAt.

The record's current revision, from the last time you read it. If someone changed the record since, the request is refused with a conflict so you can reload and check before trying again.
