`recruiting.applications.summarize`

Have AI summarize an application against the posting (a short summary, strengths, gaps and questions to ask), when the posting has aiAssist on, with applicationId and idempotencyKey. It never scores, ranks or decides; people make every decision. Administrators and the hiring manager only.
