`personalTax.request.people`

Find verified active company members who can supply personal tax details for a specific individual shareholder, plus active invited accountant choices. Select the known person and exact accountants explicitly. A shareholder email or an existing accepted owner binding must agree with the person's verified identity; names are never matched automatically. Never asks for a SIN.
