# organization.migration.cutover

Commit a verified destination's staged records in one database transaction after checking references. Requires acknowledgeRetainedState true because Redis/EVE conversation state and source backups are not transferred or purged. A source remains read-only and retains its records after explicit cutover; deleting it requires separate company.close.

Permissions: `accounting:read`, `accounting:write`, `accounting:admin` · Roles: admin

Not available over MCP: Organization data moves need administrator sign-ins at both installations and an explicit cutover in Settings or the CLI.
