`intake.classify`

Suggest what an uploaded file is and where it belongs from file-type and name rules, CSV columns, readable text and the accounting classifier. Returns kind, probability, accepted, reasons and a destination such as the bank account a statement belongs to. Nothing is filed until intake.process.
