`entries.evidence.confirm`

Verify and append a prepared supporting original to its exact transaction with entryId, submissionId and idempotencyKey. Returns the preserved evidence and an extraction-only job; reading never creates purchases or changes financial fields. Duplicate originals on the same transaction are reused.
