`engagements.get`

Read an engagement agreement version, covered scope and optional phases, legal/display names, independent billing/signatory/approval/IP roles, billing-group and signing links, audit-ready revisions and exact missing fields with owners and next actions. Includes reviewedTermsHash for a completed signing record; this does not authorize recording execution. Billing never implies ownership, signature authority, approval or payment.
