`contractorOps.periods.update`

Mark a pay period as skipped (no hours expected) or reopen it, with expectedRevision, an optional note, and idempotencyKey. Skipped periods receive no reminders and don't accept hours. A period with submitted or approved hours or a payout can't be skipped.
