Read a retained redacted full chat with model, tool, error and capture coverage metadata under an exact owner reviewer grant. Missing history never proves success. Human dashboard or terminal only.

Permissions: `accounting:read` · Roles: admin, finance, contributor

Not available over MCP: Private redacted chats and human review stay in Oatmilk and its terminal; connected AI apps receive no reviewer access or chat sharing.
