`accountants.work.respond`

Record why one exact requested record is already correct, or return it for clarification. Requires current request revision/fingerprint, recordKey, reason and idempotencyKey. Already-correct responses are accepted only when canonical classification/reconciliation checks actually pass. A response never overrides a missing, deleted, unmatched, partial or one-sided source. Schedules a response notice to the requesting accountant.
