`accountant.work.decide`

Accept current completed work on your own request, or reopen it with a reason. Requires the exact fresh fingerprint and expectedRevision from work.get; accepting cannot clear failing canonical transaction checks and never edits accounting records. Review the saved/current records in Oatmilk's native work detail first. Schedules an exact review-decision notice to the responsible administrator.
